VIDEO: Former Manchester City star Trevor Sinclair scores bicycle kick wonder goal in tribute match

By Marios Papaloizou

Trevor Sinclair may have retired in 2008 but the former England star dusted off his boots this week and showed that he still has a flair for the spectacular.

In a match for City’s former kitman Les Chapman at Edgeley Park, Stockport, Sinclair rolled back the years and produced a beautiful bicycle kick goal.

While Wayne Rooney might have scored the most iconic bicycle kick in recent memory, Sinclair was netting breathtaking goals while ‘Wazza’ was still in high school.

One of Sinclair’s finest moments came in 1997 when he scored a magnificent overhead kick for QPR against Barnsley in 1997.

Take a look at the two goals and see if you think Sinclair has still got it!
