Youth, courage, greatness: Manchester United unveil 2014/15 home kit ahead of LA Galaxy clash

Manchester United have unveiled their home kit for 2014/15 – with the famous red, white and black to be seen on the players in the United States when Louis van Gaal’s side take on LA Galaxy on July 23.

The kit, which features the message “Youth, Courage, Greatness” on a small label inside the back of the neck to embody the club’s values, is now available to pre-order on United Direct and Nike.com ahead of its worldwide release on July 16.

American car giant Chevrolet penned a seven-year, £53million deal with the club in July 2012 and the shirt featuring their badge had been kept under wraps until today’s announcement, featuring Spaniard Juan Mata (left) and Mexican Javier Hernandez, both pictured above.

Last week United hinted at the full unveiling when they released a teaser video.

And today the club have taken to Twitter to engage their many supporters worldwide.
