An image of a man suspected of committing thefts and frauds totalling more than £200,000 has been released.
Hin Ting Ricky Chan, 48, originally from Hong Kong, is alleged to have ripped off firms while fronting Tristar Services Ltd in Middleton and did not pay for items that were sent to him.
Even though the company was based in Middleton, it is actually registered in Reading, Berkshire and officers are keen to speak with Chan.
Chan has links to Middleton, Rochdale as well as Reading and he may also be using an alias.
Anyone with information on Chan’s whereabouts is asked to call police on 0161 856 8470/20/94 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
