Give us a kiss! Cuddly Ted lives life on the edge as the adventurous pup seeks fresh start to life

By Alan Ross

Playful dog Ted is in dire need of a new home as Rochdale Dog Rescue cannot afford to keep him for long.

Thanks to kind and caring dog lovers who have taken care of Ted’s boarding fee he has been with the Dog Rescue since September 30.

Coryn Shields, manager of Rochdale Dog Rescue, described Ted as lovely, soft and kissy.

“Ted is a very friendly, nice natured and steady boy,” Miss Shields said.

“He is cuddly and good with both other dogs and cats.  He is still quite puppyish with the most brilliant white teeth.”

The medium-sized brindle is set to be neutered and vaccinated so that he will soon be ready for homing.

Having spent time with Ted staff knows that when given the option or playing outside or staying in Ted really enjoys a good hug.

“Ted was far too interested in cuddles than treats and playing in the paddock,” Coryn added.

“We let him meet Derek through the paddock fence and they were brilliant together.

“They had a lovely walk together, Ted spending his time kissing Derek and jumping on him when he was rolling round on his back!”

“It was lovely to see them together and they weren’t over silly for their ages either.

“We let them have a play in the paddock and again they were so good together, sharing treats and not getting jealous over toys. I was very impressed with them both!!”
