A 67-year-old man has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a train at Urmston station, Manchester.
The man was attended to at the scene by British Transport Police and NW Air Ambulance service.
He was treated for injuries to his legs before being taken to hospital.

A spokesman for British Transport Police said: “At 1.10pm on Friday June 20, we received reports of a person having been struck by a train at Urmston rail station, near Manchester.
“Our officers attended, alongside colleagues from Greater Manchester Police and the North West Ambulance Service, and discovered a 67-year-old man had been struck by a train.
“The man was initially treated at the scene, but was taken to hospital for further treatment to injuries to his legs.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and the line was handed back to Network Rail just before 2.15pm.”
National Rail tweeted to say trains may be delayed by up to 40 minutes.
