Piccadilly Pulse: Do you believe in UFOs or aliens?

By Hayley Murray

Following the release of thousands of pages of declassified UFO sightings, the question as to whether strange lifeforms are in fact living among us is very prevalent.

The Ministry of Defence have been contacted numerous times by worried members of the public claiming to have seen ‘little aircrafts’ or ‘orange balls’, and one lady said how she was ‘living with an alien.’

The Ministry of Defence closed its UFO desk in 2009 – despite a surge in reported sightings.

They argued it served ‘no defence purpose’, so MM decided to ask the Manchester public whether they believe in UFO’s:

Do you believe in UFOs?

YES

39%

NO
