VIDEO: Watch Juan Mata thrash Manchester United teammates in Corner Kick Challenge

If you thought Manchester United new-boy Juan Mata needed more practice at crossing in his wide role at his new club, think again.

The Red Devils club-record signing didn’t take long to set another record, notching up 81 crosses in their 2-2 Premier League clash with struggling Fulham earlier this month.

And Mata seems to have learned from the experience as he topped the Manchester United charts in the bwin Corner Kick Challenge.

The 30-second challenge tested the Spaniard’s accuracy from corner kicks, which he passed with flying colours, trouncing his team-mates by clocking up 200 points.

Ignoring the ten-point goal, Mata struck two 25-point corners in the middle net and two 75-point efforts nestled in the tough, furthest smaller target.

Michael Carrick lagged behind on 50 points, with Mata’s compatriot goalkeeper David de Gea on 85 and United flop Anderson, who is on loan with Fiorentina, bottom with 60 points.
