JFK’s death is once again all anyone can talk about following the release of previously classified files.
The information – which Donald Trump pushed to make public – revealed that Cambridge News received a tip-off that something big was about to happen roughly 25 minutes before Kennedy was shot.
Of course, this revelation has set tongues wagging.
With Halloween fast-approaching and everyone becoming interested in ‘the unknown’, here are MM’s top three conspiracy theories.
Men in Black
As well as being a famous action film about the regulation of all things alien on Earth, theories about real life Men in Black consist of terrifying encounters and disturbing visions of these beings.
Referred to as the ‘Men in Black’, the figures are said to wear dark-coloured suits, have extremely pale skin, have no eyelashes or eyebrows, and are believed to work for a secret government organisation.
They apparently aim to keep people silent about things they shouldn’t have witnessed and, in particular, attempt to hinder the work of alien researchers.
A video depicting two intimidatingly large men in suits walking into a hotel reception has been one of two pieces of footage allegedly proving the existence of these human-aliens.
The other piece of footage is a man standing outside, who witnesses claim remains in the same position as if watching and waiting for a particular individual.
Encounters with these mysterious men are rare and the last known instance was in 2014. On that occasion, a family claimed they saw UFOs and the men in black visited them twice shortly after.
However, could these be clever hoaxes or people playing pranks?
O.J. Simpson
O.J. Simpson was released from prison earlier this month after serving nine years for kidnapping and armed robbery.
Former football player O.J. was previously the subject of a murder case trialled in 1995. The NFL golden boy was found not guilty of killing his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
The two victims were murdered in Los Angeles on June 12, 1994 and significant evidence – such as the glove that was found at the crime scene not fitting O.J.’s hand – contributed to O.J. being declared innocent.
One of America’s most famous cases contained elements of tampering, racial inequality and ultimately divided the nation.
A popular theory involved O.J.’s son Jason. Theorists desperate for answers pointed the finger at him – not his father – and claimed he could have killed Nicole and Goldman in a fit of rage before O.J. helped cover up the crime.
However, to this day many still argue that O.J. was indeed the killer, especially after the infamous Bronco car chase.
It led many to believe O.J. was guilty because he tried to escape from the police just four days after the deaths.
No matter how old you are or what year you were born, this famous case will always be on the minds of many and will be talked about for years to come.
JFK
The assassination of the 35th president of the United States in 1963 shocked the world – with new documents and information regarding John F. Kennedy’s death still emerging now.
For years, theorists have tried to prove there was more than one shooter involved with the assassination.
Although Lee Harvey Oswald was charged with the murder of the popular president, sceptics reason that it was impossible for him to kill Kennedy and wound fellow passenger, Governor John Connally, with just three rounds.
Witnesses argued that a mysterious man holding an umbrella and wearing a rain coat who was near to where Kennedy was shot could have been involved.
After all, Texas was warm and dry on the day in question.
The assassination theories have frequently been referred to as ‘the mother of all conspiracy theories’ and the number of books written about this topic is estimated to be in the thousands.
Now with most documents being made public about the assassination, maybe theorists can help unravel the mystery as well other unsettling cases.
