Twitter fury as Liam Gallagher Manchester Arena tickets sell out after TWO minutes

Thousands of Liam Gallagher fans were left disappointed this morning after missing out on tickets for the former Oasis frontman’s ‘As You Were’ solo tour.

General release tickets for Liam’s ten-date tour went on sale at 10am on websites Ticketmaster and Livenation, priced at £43.45, but sold out in less than two minutes.

Many fans instantly found themselves being directed towards resale websites, where tickets were being advertised for as much as £279.99 each.

Aggrieved Liam supporters took to Twitter to vent their frustration over missing out on tickets to Gallagher’s home town gig at the Manchester Arena on December 16.

Some Twitter users personally messaged Gallagher, feeling aggrieved at the number of tickets being sold on ticket touting websites.

With brother Noel headlining the ‘We are Manchester’ benefit concert this Saturday, Liam is yet to announce whether he will be adding any further tour dates despite the huge demand for tickets.
