The Vega Lounge is coming: Manchester235 to unveil bar with all the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas

Vegas’ glitz and glamour is to hit Manchester235 at the end of the month, when the newly refurbished Fusion bar opens its doors as the new Vega Lounge.

The bar, at Manchester’s premier entertainment and gaming destination, has taken the name of the second brightest star in the northern hemisphere.

The bright lights of Vega and its links to Las Vegas and the north fit perfectly with the rebranded bar’s image as one of Manchester’s only late night bars, complete with new look food and drink menu.

Justin Carter, Venue Director at Manchester235, is eagerly anticipating the opening of Vega Lounge, which aims to encapsulate all the glamour of the Las Vegas strip.

“We’re extremely excited to announce the rebranding of Fusion to Vega Lounge,” he said.

“We believe this name reflects everything the bar represents – it’s engaging, exciting and immediately resonates with the glamour of Vegas.

“As one of the only late night venues in the city, we believe we have created a bar that people will want to spend time in, regardless of whether they are coming to gamble or not.”

Bar consultants Escapade have been drafted in to work on some new drink concepts, with cocktails including ‘The Vault’, which comes with a working lock, TNT explosives and sparklers, ‘Shots Roulette’, where the shot glasses come in a mini roulette wheel, and ‘Poker Face’.

A temporary bar has been installed to replace Fusion as work on Vega commences, keeping gamers at the 24/7 casino suitably refreshed at all hours of the day.

Manchester235 is a unique party destination with lavish decor, a stunning contemporary restaurant and ample gaming facilities including Blackjack, Poker and Punto Banco.
