Fresh from the studio and following a summer of festivals, Kids in Glass Houses are poised to embark on a ruthless UK and Irish Tour with Manchester ready to welcome them.
The tour will also see them performing across Europe before finishing in Australia.
With their name inspired by the lyrics ‘not throwing stones at you anymore’ from Glassjaw song ‘Tip Your Bartender,’ the Welsh five-piece will be hitting Manchester Academy 2 on Friday with support from the American pop-rock quartet Cartel and Kent five piece Propellers.
Equipped with their latest single Drive, the Cardiff rockers are to promote their fourth studio album Peace which was released during the tour yesterday. The album was produced by Dan Weller who has previously worked with Enter Shikari and Young Guns.
Forming in 2003, Kids in Glass Houses have steadily built their career from supporting the likes of Paramore and Fall Out Boy, to now headlining their own numerous tours and local festivals.
New album, Peace promises to be a fan-pleaser by retaining massive hooks in choruses together with modern guitar riffs which united gives the band their upbeat reputation.
