On the opening day of the annual Pantomime Day, theatre lovers gathered in front of the Oldham Coliseum wearing panto costumes to show their support for preserving the building.
The place has been closed permanently since April 2023 due to plans to construct a new theatre in the town centre, which has raised concerns among the artistic community.
