TV favourites Kirstie and Phil film new episode of hit property show in Cheshire

TV stars Kirstie Allsop and Phil Spencer have been viewing properties in Wilmslow this week on behalf of house-hunters considering a move to the area.

The presenters of Channel 4’s hit series Location, Location, Location were busy seeking out property ideas in Cheshire and North Wales, and Kirstie even took to Twitter to share her thoughts on the local property market.

The TV property guru told followers: “In both places the market is scarily heated. Given the fact that 17% of people are still on furlough and the economic impact of Brexit and Covid-19 is still unknown this feels troubling.”

Estate agent Melody Ashcroft assisted the team with their property hunting, and told Mancunian Matters: “Today is the last day of filming and it has been a great experience so far.

“The whole team have been fantastic to work with and we have been lucky to be able to work with both Kirstie and Phil.”

The duo help some of the country’s choosiest home hunters find just the right spot to put down roots.

They’ll scour the chosen area for the best properties available to meet their client’s wishes.

They then arrange viewings to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of each location and property.

However, sometimes sacrifices are sometimes required and the customer isn’t always satisfied.

The show featuring Wilmslow is expected to air later in the year.
