Google searches for Victoria Beckham’s diet have soared following Netflix documentary

Searches for the former Spice Girl’s diet exploded by 669% in the UK, according to analysis by fitness equipment company Mirafit.

The Netflix series Beckham was released October 4 and whilst the main focus is on her hubby’s career as a professional footballer, it has sparked plenty of interest in Victoria.

So, what does Posh Spice eat to keep her slim figure?

She starts her day with three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar which is usually followed by a spinach and broccoli smoothie. 

She avoids refined carbs and tends to stick to grilled fish – such as salmon – with a side of edamame beans and steamed vegetables for lunch or dinner.

Victoria turns to avocados for a quick snack. She admitted to the Telegraph magazine back in 2019 to eating around three to four a day.


A spokesperson from Mirafit said: “It’s interesting to see that the public has a keen interest in Victoria’s diet, emphasising just how strong of an influence celebrities have in the fitness world.”
