Outdoor art trail opens in city centre for lockdown culture vultures

An outdoor art trail has opened in Manchester city centre, showcasing work from local artists across a diversity of mediums.

The exhibition, 50 Windows of Creativity, organised by Wild In Art, takes viewers to 60 different pieces of art across 50 locations across the city.

It is free to view and enables a safe, socially-distanced experience, giving exposure to a sector that has been particularly hard hit by the pandemic.

An auction will be held on December 10 where the artwork will be sold off, with proceeds split between the artists and The Lord Mayor of Manchester’s Charity Appeal Trust.
