The circus is coming, but not as we know it: HXC Wrestling promise to deliver best show yet in Manchester

By Matt Naylor

HXC Wrestling are bringing their pile-driving show back to Manchester on Saturday night with their one-night show The Lost Circus.

Manchester Metropolitan University SU will once again play host to some of Britain’s best grapplers, including Clint Margera, T-Bone and Jimmy Havoc putting their bodies on the line.

After selling out their debut show in April and the June follow up, the hardcore-specialist company are bringing more of an international flavour for their third instalment.

American hardcore mainstay Mad Man Pondo and current Ring of Honor star Davey Richards have been added to what the Strictly Over 18s promotion is calling their ‘biggest show to date’.

Veteran Pondo admitted he could not wait for his first live show in the UK.

“There are many [wrestling] companies all over the world but I like to lean towards the ones that have a hardcore element,” he said.

“HXC certainly has that. I’m excited to show the UK, and HXC itself, something very special. Get ready.”

More information is available at hxcwrestling.com and doors open at 7pm, the action starts at 7:30 Tickets are still available for the event, priced at £12, available from Ticketline.co.uk
