Activists at Liverpool feel unheard by Keir Starmer and the Labour Party

As the Labour Party Conference goes on in Liverpool, many aren’t best pleased with the direction the party are headed in.

Activists held their own conference, The World Transformed, during the time of the opposition party’s conference, to ask the party’s front bench to have more ‘socialist’ ideals.

The activists held talks and seminars, and were accompanied by Labour MPs such as Jeremy Corbyn, Nadia Whittome and Zarah Sultana.

A spokesperson of The World Transformed said: “The beautiful thing here is that thousands of people are saying we want to see some sort of change in this government.”

Others present at the conference maintained that though they stand united against wanting to see the back of the Conservative government, they still feel unheard by Keir Starmer and his front bench.
