Manchester People’s History Museum gives coverage to the disabled artist community

The People’s History Museum’s ‘Nothing About Us Without Us’ exhibition explores disabled people’s rights and activism and will run till October 2023.

The exhibition on the ongoing fight for inclusion showcases an extensive collection of protest material brought together for the very first time, including banners, photographs and sculpture.

The museum has collaborated with Brighter Sound on a free event which will take place tomorrow (December 8) and includes music which has been developed with the help of various impaired musicians.

These pieces will be performed between 6pm and 8pm.
