By Daisy Yates

Ryanair is celebrating its six millionth Manchester to Dublin passenger by launching 100,000 seat sale.

The low fares airline reached the landmark passenger number after just 19 years of service.

The sale is across its entire European network, including Manchester Airport, with fares plummeting to a starting price of £19.99 for travel in September and October.

Ryanair’s Maria Macken said: “Since seats at these crazy low prices will be snapped up quickly, we urge passengers to book them immediately.”

Ryanair has rapidly expanded from a one route operation in Manchester to a huge range of destinations across 14 countries including Belgium, France and Italy.

To take part in the sale seats must be booked on www.ryanair.com before midnight July 18.
