Manchester clad in red, white and blue for King’s Coronation

Decorations for the King’s Coronation have gone up across the city centre as Manchester gets ready for the royal celebration on Saturday.

Union Jacks line the city and some of the most regal locations include the Gay Village, Picadilly Gardens and St Peter’s Square.

Manchester Cathedral and Picadilly Gardens will be holding official public screenings of the first Coronation in 70 years to see King Charles III crowned.
