An award winning car parking app takes to the streets of Manchester expecting to save Mancunians time and money.

AppyParking is a free to download app, expected to reduce the city’s congestion and pollution, and reduce the pain of parking.

The app will show all on and off-street parking options in Manchester. which will hopefully reduce the number of cars removed from the streets.

The CEO of AppyParking, Dan Hubert said: “It’s a real team effort between drivers and AppyParking. Together we are taking the pain out of parking across the UK.

“We have a really great user community who are always letting us know what features or content they would like to see next.”

Due to help from the public, the app contains multiple features including, ‘Nearest & Cheapest’ parking spaces, electric car charge points, disabled bays and multi storey car parks across the city.

With the app accessible in Manchester now, users will be able to pre-plan journeys to the city with confidence of securing a car parking spot.

AppyParking won the Virgin Business Pitch To Rich People’s Choice Award, reflecting the strong user base the app has.
